Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to enhance our website, a critical growth driver, by combining superior design expertise with deep knowledge in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). This individual will craft ecommerce interfaces that are visually striking and conversion-focused, collaborating closely with teams from Growth Marketing, Brand, Development, and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve ecommerce touchpoints such as landing pages, product listings, collection pages, bundles, quizzes, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Work alongside Growth Marketing to implement CRO strategies that result in intuitive, conversion-friendly user experiences.
• Leverage tools like heatmaps, session recordings, analytics, and A/B test data to pinpoint user pain points and optimize performance.
• Develop designs tailored for ongoing experimentation and iterative enhancement.
• Optimize major customer journeys, including navigation, product detail pages, shopping carts, checkout processes, upselling, and after-purchase interactions.
• Produce clean, sophisticated interfaces emphasizing excellent typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first usability.
• Support the growth and refinement of a shared design system by creating reusable components to expedite campaign execution.
• Collaborate effectively with developers and designers to ensure precise implementation and smooth user experiences.
• Refine designs continually based on performance metrics, user feedback, and business goals.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibits a refined design sensibility with a portfolio highlighting excellent typography, layout, color use, and contemporary ecommerce design.
• Experienced in designing ecommerce sites, proven by delivering landing pages, product sections, campaigns, and customer flows that generate tangible business results.
• Approaches design with a CRO mindset, familiar with analyzing and applying A/B testing, heatmaps, session analysis, and user behavior data to boost conversion rates.
• Proficient with Figma for creating production-ready designs, interactive prototypes, scalable design systems, and reusable UI components.
• Delivers design solutions that balance aesthetic appeal with usability, clarity, engagement, and conversion effectiveness.
• Strong foundation in UI/UX principles including visual hierarchy, layout structures, accessibility standards, interaction design, and mobile-first approaches.
• Portfolio should prominently feature ecommerce projects; those with before-and-after redesigns or detailed case studies demonstrating design impact are preferred.
• Thrives in dynamic startup environments, agilely managing responsibilities, collaborating across teams, and iterating based on feedback and performance analysis.

Additional Experience That Benefits

• Expertise in performance optimization and improving Core Web Vitals.
• Experience in UX writing or close cooperation with copywriters.
• Background in consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, or direct-to-consumer brands.
