This opportunity is based in Bangalore at Manyata Tech Park and BTM Layout and requires candidates to work UK/US rotational shifts.

Work Details and Shifts

• Full-time employment with a 5-day working week.
• Rotational shifts covering UK and US timings with two rotational weekly offs.
• Preferably immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle inbound calls from UK and US customers.
• Address and resolve customer issues empathetically, correctly, and promptly.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and case progress.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent is essential.
• Strong verbal communication, pronunciation, and listening comprehension skills.
• Confidence in interacting with international clients.
• A customer-centric approach combined with adept problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask effectively.
• Open to freshers as well as applicants with 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Customer Support/International Voice roles.
• Must be comfortable with UK/US rotational shifts.
• Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary for freshers can reach up to ₹4.3 lakh per annum (approximately ₹30,000 per month).
• Experienced candidates may earn up to ₹5.5 lakh per annum based on skills and interview performance.
