Warehouse Operator

Overview

Join a leading global transport and logistics company as a Warehouse Operator based in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by adhering to safety protocols, managing inventory processes, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety guidelines, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Implement and maintain 5S housekeeping principles within the warehouse environment.
• Efficiently handle warehousing tasks such as inbound processing, outbound shipments, and cycle counts to ensure timely and organized operations.
• Perform visual inspections and promptly report any shipment discrepancies or abnormalities.
• Assist the Supervisor to meet performance indicators and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Carry out general warehouse activities including maintaining accurate database records, stocktaking, material handling, and documentation management.
• Ensure all warehouse-related documentation is accurate and submitted within designated timelines.
• Engage actively in processes aimed at improving operational efficiency and implement enhancements as necessary.
• Consistently strive to improve performance efficiency to higher levels.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience relevant to warehouse operations.
• Computer literate, with familiarity preferred in Warehouse Management Systems and SAP software.
• Holding a forklift license and/or VNA license is considered advantageous.
