About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager specializing in Wealth Management to join a leading DFSA-regulated firm located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This firm offers independent wealth and investment advisory services to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, entrepreneurs, families, and institutional clients. Leveraging a robust global banking and custody network, clients receive access to worldwide investment opportunities and exceptional wealth management solutions. This role is ideal for finance professionals currently engaged in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Financial Advisory, or Investment Advisory, who possess existing client relationships and wish to expand their career in an independent, open-architecture environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clientele.
- Source and onboard new clients to enhance Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Comprehend clients' financial goals and propose appropriate wealth and investment solutions.
- Perform regular client consultations and review portfolio performances.
- Collaborate with investment and advisory teams to craft customized investment strategies.
- Assist clients throughout onboarding and account setup procedures.
- Provide outstanding client service via proactive management of relationships.
- Drive new business through personal networks, referrals, and strategic relationship building.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all client interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Priority Banking, Investment or Financial Advisory sectors.
- Established contacts within the HNW and affluent client segments in the UAE.
- Proven skills in business development and managing client relationships effectively.
- Solid knowledge of diverse investment products such as equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with client-centric approach.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating within team settings.
