Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Workplace Change Managers who prioritize the human experience in workplace transformation, helping organizations navigate change with clarity and impact. This role involves working closely with workplace strategists, interior designers, and project leaders to guide clients through change related to workplace transformation, relocation, and new work models. The position bridges design, culture, and organizational change to ensure smooth transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives within workplace design and transformation projects, aligning people's behaviors with changes in the physical work environment.
• Develop and implement change strategies for projects involving workplace relocation, redesign, and transformation.
• Collaborate with workplace strategists, designers, and project managers to incorporate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Engage with client stakeholders to identify business needs, assess impacts, and build consensus for change.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and engagement sessions to gather insights and influence project outcomes.
• Create tailored stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and change interventions according to client requirements.
• Assist in the development of workplace vision statements, behavioral principles, and change narratives.
• Evaluate organizational readiness for change and identify risks, barriers, and opportunities.
• Produce communication and engagement materials such as presentations, briefing documents, and launch content.
• Advise clients on enhancing employee experience, hybrid work models, and workplace adoption techniques.
• Work alongside occupancy planning, move management, and delivery teams to facilitate seamless transitions into new workplaces.
• Measure change management effectiveness through feedback collection and post-occupancy evaluation.
• Establish trusted client relationships and contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and pitches.
• Mentor junior staff and support capability building within the team.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as workplace change management, organizational development, employee experience, workplace strategy, interior design consulting, or allied fields. Success in the role depends on a strong understanding of people dynamics, the ability to manage complexity, and guiding others effectively through change processes.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in change management, workplace strategy, or workplace transformation.
• Proven experience supporting workplace change initiatives, relocations, hybrid working adoption, or organizational transformations.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Comfortable engaging with senior clients across business, people, and project management teams.
• Experience crafting communications, engagement plans, and adoption strategies.
• Strong insight into workplace culture, employee experience, and spatial interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling abilities.
• A collaborative approach, thriving in multidisciplinary design team environments.
