About the Internship

Kickstart your career in accounting by joining V. Group, a global leader in ship management, as an Accounts intern. This role offers practical experience in the finance sector within a fast-paced and innovative environment, supporting a company with over 35 years of esteemed history in maritime operations across shipping, cruise, and energy industries.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable activities.
Prepare and compile financial reports utilizing MS-Excel.
Perform reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Support month-end closing processes alongside the finance team.
Carry out accurate data entry to maintain financial records.
Facilitate clear communications between team members and external vendors.
Engage in additional finance-related projects and tasks as required.

Who Can Apply

Candidates should be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 31 and September 4, 2026, available for a two-month duration, and possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for accounting.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in MS-Office, especially MS-Excel.
Strong spoken and written English communication capabilities.
Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.

Internship Details

Duration: 2 months
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, full-time onsite commitment.
Stipend Range: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
