About the Role

This internship opportunity is tailored for individuals who enjoy the dynamic environment of on-set production and have a talent for organizing and managing operational aspects efficiently. As a production intern with Brand Scale-Up Inc, you will contribute substantively to the entire production process, engaging specifically with in-house and brand shoots focused on social media content. This position offers hands-on experience for those eager to advance their skills in advertising production and branded content development.

Key Responsibilities

Set up fundamental camera, lighting, and audio technical equipment.
Identify and evaluate potential shooting locations such as bed-and-breakfasts, cafes, and outdoor areas.
Oversee the management and arrangement of props, sets, and on-site necessities.
Liaise with actor and influencer agencies to facilitate auditions and casting processes.
Support preparation activities including outfit coordination and makeup assistance during shoots.
Maintain effective communication channels among creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess 0-1 year of professional experience; final-semester students are highly encouraged to apply.
A bachelor's degree in visual media and production, fashion, media and communication, or related media fields is required.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines reliably.
A genuine enthusiasm to learn and understand shoot operations within a creative agency context.
Keen interest in generating engaging content for social media platforms.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy equipment during shooting schedules.
Preference given to candidates capable of commuting independently, with owning a personal vehicle being advantageous.

Internship Details

Duration: 6 months
Immediate start window: between July 23, 2026, and August 28, 2026
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (in-office)

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000
