About the Internship
This remote internship is with a well-established ethnic corporate gifting company based in Jaipur. The organization has been operating for 23 years, is known for ethical business practices, and has received the Rajasthan Best Brand Award. The company chairman was also recognized by India’s MSME cabinet minister, Mr. Narayan Rane Ji, for notable contributions in handicrafts. The business serves reputed corporate clients across India and offers a wide catalogue of more than 1,000 products, priced from 50 to 50,000 per piece.
What You Will Do
- Identify and approach potential leads from corporate, wedding, event, and bulk-buying segments through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Handle VRF-related formalities for large companies.
- Present and close sales for premium ethnic gifting products with corporate decision-makers.
- Use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT, email tools, and CRM systems to prepare sales messages and manage follow-ups.
- Update client information and track follow-ups in Excel and CRM tools.
- Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
- Prior exposure to sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with English and Hindi preferred.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools, social media, and digital platforms.
- Comfort using LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and email for outreach.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Stipend and Incentives
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 4,000 to 7,500. The payout structure is made up of fixed pay of INR 3,000 to 5,000 per month plus incentive pay of INR 1,000 to 2,500 per month.
