About the Internship
Join a six-month full-time internship program at Careers360 located in Gurgaon, where you'll play a key role in supporting counselling operations. The organization uses data-driven approaches and technology to assist students in career planning by integrating vast student data and preferences. You will directly engage with students and parents, coordinating counselling sessions and ensuring smooth communications to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and their families to facilitate communication.
- Organize and manage counselling appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
- Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and improve service quality.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and session updates within internal systems.
- Respond to basic inquiries and escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with counselling and operations departments to guarantee timely information flow and service delivery.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available to work full-time onsite from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Ready to begin between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026.
- Committed to the full six-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills and an interest in counselling and customer interaction roles.
