About the internship
This internship is for a customer support role where you will assist users across calls, chats, and emails. The work involves handling questions, resolving concerns, and keeping communication professional and respectful at all times.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions quickly and clearly over phone, chat, and email while maintaining a polite and professional tone.
- Understand the issue raised by the customer, provide an appropriate solution, and loop in the relevant team when escalation is needed.
- Support a positive customer experience by giving timely help and following up regularly on open concerns.
