Internship Overview and Responsibilities
This internship involves immersive tasks in data science with a focus on real-world applications. The intern will be responsible for collecting data from various sources including databases, APIs, web logs, and external platforms. They will also engage in cleaning and preprocessing the data by addressing missing values, removing duplicates, and standardizing formats to maintain the integrity and quality of datasets. Additionally, the intern will perform feature engineering, which includes creating new variables from existing data to enhance the performance of predictive models.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be available to work part time and be able to start between July 26, 2026 and August 30, 2026. The internship duration is one month. Only candidates residing in Chennai, Villupuram, Namakkal, Tindivanam, Dharmapuri, Salem, Vellore, Puduchery, or Anna Nagar are eligible. Candidates should possess relevant data science skills and a strong interest in the field.
Additional Details
The internship offers flexible working hours during weekdays, totaling five days per week. The workplace dress code is informal. Selected interns will also receive certifications upon completion and enjoy perks such as free snacks and beverages.
