About the Internship

The Boardgame Den, India's biggest organizer of board game events targeting adults in their twenties and thirties, invites motivated individuals to join as interns in event management. This role offers practical experience in learning diverse international board games, enhancing communication skills, gaining confidence in social interactions, and developing people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Arriving on Saturdays by 2 pm and Sundays by 12 pm to prepare for weekend events
Setting up a range of board games before guests arrive
Welcoming attendees, assisting them in selecting games, and instructing gameplay
Concluding events by packing up games and equipment
Departing by 9 pm on Saturdays and 8 pm on Sundays

Eligibility Criteria

Must be available for a part-time internship starting between July 27, 2026 and August 31, 2026
Commitment to the full 6-month duration
Residence in Bangalore city is mandatory
Possess relevant interests and skills related to event management and communication
Women aspiring to initiate or restart their careers are especially encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

Strong punctuality and responsibility, including timely communication in case of delays or absence
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to create a memorable experience for participants
Proactive problem-solving mindset when events do not proceed as planned
