About the internship
Clinix Sphere is hiring a field sales intern for its remote team. The company is building a modern B2B SaaS solution for independent clinics and is looking for someone who is driven, persuasive, and comfortable working directly with doctors and clinic owners. This is a hands-on role where you will support growth efforts, gain real exposure to healthcare software sales, and work closely with experienced professionals in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you'll do
- Visit local clinics and present the ClinixSphere platform to doctors and clinic owners, with a focus on clinics of up to 10 beds.
- Explain how the product can improve day-to-day operations and patient retention, including features such as appointment handling, billing, and analytics.
- Work through objections, negotiate effectively, and help close new clinic acquisitions against monthly targets.
- Support newly onboarded clinics with basic setup and initial adoption so they can start using the platform smoothly.
- Collect field insights and customer feedback from clinics and share them with the team to improve product decisions and sales approach.

Stipend and incentives
The stipend is ₹21,000 to ₹27,000 per month. The compensation structure includes a fixed component of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month. If converted into a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹360,000 to ₹540,000.
Other requirements
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred for regular field travel.
- Previous experience as a medical representative or in demanding field sales roles in pharma, fintech, or SaaS is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of medical hubs in Patna or Delhi NCR is helpful for reducing travel time.
- Strong pitch-building skills and resilience when facing rejection are important for success in this role.
- You should be dependable, ethical, and comfortable in a performance-driven setup with no fixed base location.
