About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources and administrative operations, focused on supporting recruitment processes, employee record management, and general office administration within a dynamic web design firm.
Intern Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records and manage essential HR documentation.
- Perform various administrative duties and organize company documents efficiently.
- Manage data using Excel and Google Sheets; aid in invoice processing and basic finance-related responsibilities.
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day business operations.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants must be available for a remote internship starting between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month duration is mandatory.
- Relevant interest and skills in HR and administration are required.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline and 0–2 years of relevant experience is expected.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace is necessary.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities are essential.
- Detail-oriented, energetic, and eager to learn individuals are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹15,000, composed of a fixed component (₹7,000 - ₹10,000) plus potential incentives (₹1,000 - ₹5,000).
- Interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion.
- A standard work schedule of five days per week.
