About the Internship
This internship is aimed at candidates eager to gain practical exposure in recruitment and talent acquisition. As an HR Trainee, you will assist in managing the intern hiring process remotely over a 15-day period, engaging with various recruitment tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Publishing internship opportunities on multiple job portals and recruitment sites.
- Conducting initial resume screenings to identify suitable applicants based on job criteria.
- Arranging interview schedules and maintaining coordination with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitating communication with candidates to ensure a seamless transition up to the offer stage.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with job platforms such as LinkedIn, Broxer, and Naukri is necessary.
- Capacity to commit full-time availability for the entire 15-day internship period.
- Should be capable of working independently in a remote working environment.
