Role Overview
This full-time, on-site internship is based in Hoskote, with the role also associated with Bangalore, Karnataka. The internship lasts 6 months, begins immediately, and offers a stipend of INR 20,999 to 21,000 per month. There are 4 openings for this position.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day plant production activities and shop-floor execution.
- Work alongside production and maintenance teams to keep operations running efficiently.
- Track machine performance, identify irregularities, and escalate issues when needed.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance tasks at a basic level.
- Help ensure product quality while following established operating procedures.
- Observe food safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements throughout the work process.
- Adhere to safety rules and use personal protective equipment correctly.
- Keep accurate records related to production and maintenance work.
- Coordinate with supervisors to support smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
