About the Internship
We are searching for enthusiastic fresh graduates passionate about influencer marketing, digital media, branding, and establishing partnerships with creators. This position provides an excellent chance for individuals seeking to start their career in influencer marketing by collaborating with prominent brands and creators across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit relevant influencers suited for brand campaigns.
- Communicate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables to creators.
- Manage daily influencer communications and follow-ups.
- Assist in executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Monitor campaign schedules ensuring timely content submissions.
- Coordinate efforts with creative, client servicing, and operations teams.
- Compile campaign reports and maintain necessary documentation.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Strong enthusiasm for social media, influencer marketing, branding, and digital content.
- Capable of organizing tasks and handling multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Additional Information
- Internship Duration: 3 months, full-time in-office commitment required.

- Location: Kochi, Kerala.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday onsite, with Saturday half day work from home.
- Monthly Stipend: INR 10,000 to 15,000.
