About the Internship

This internship is with a company creating an AI-driven mock interview platform for both freshers and experienced candidates. The product includes capabilities such as automated job application support and an interview assistance bot that provides feedback in real time.

What You’ll Work On

Develop and refine AI/ML capabilities for interview assessment, resume analysis, candidate ranking, and feedback creation.
Use large language models for prompt design, structured responses, interview report creation, and matching job descriptions with resumes.
Build NLP workflows to handle resumes, job descriptions, interview transcripts, and candidate replies.
Contribute to computer vision and video-based analysis for interview cues such as posture, eye contact, facial expressions, and attention.
Create and connect APIs with FastAPI to support ML models and LLM-based workflows.
Package, deploy, and run machine learning services using Docker.
Improve AI systems for better accuracy, faster response times, stronger reliability, and lower cost.
Work closely with frontend and backend teams to surface AI insights within the product.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 7 Jul 2026 and 11 Aug 2026, and can commit to a 6-month internship. Skills and Tools Needed

Strong Python knowledge
Basic machine learning and deep learning understanding
Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, and prompt engineering
FastAPI development
Docker-based deployment
Awareness of computer vision tools such as OpenCV, MediaPipe, or YOLO
Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and structured data
Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM APIs is an added advantage
Exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow is preferred
Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, or RAG is beneficial
Basic Git and cloud deployment knowledge
Interest in HR-tech, ed-tech, or AI-driven assessment products

Compensation

The stipend is INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.

Additional Information

On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected salary range is ₹3,50,000 to ₹5,00,000 per year.
