About the Internship
Dekhega India, the country's largest platform for regional digital creators and influencers, is seeking an Operations Intern to join their Jaipur office. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in managing and optimizing business operations while supporting multiple departments across the firm. Dekhega India aims to empower creators by providing legal support, brand collaboration access, mental health resources, and professional infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operational functions ensuring smooth workflows among teams.
- Coordinate with various internal units to monitor task progress and assist project implementation.
- Observe current operational procedures to identify improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Keep detailed and accurate operational records and reports.
- Assist in gathering data, performing analyses, and preparing performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to tackle operational challenges and meet deadlines.
- Stay informed on best practices in operations and aid with ad-hoc projects as required.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be located in Jaipur and able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
- Must be available to start between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026, for a fixed period of two months.
- Should possess relevant interests and skills suited to operational roles.

Additional Information
- Stipend ranging between INR 5,000 to 10,000 per month.
- Interns completing the program successfully may be offered a full-time position with an annual salary between INR 300,000 to 500,000.
- Interns will receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, and have the benefit of an informal dress code during their tenure.
