About the role
This remote internship with UpMentor-X is focused on recruitment support for a mentorship-driven organization. The role centers on helping coordinate hiring activity, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring follow-ups are completed smoothly during the selection process.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain Excel sheets and recruitment trackers for hiring activities.
- Track interview progress and handle follow-ups with candidates as needed.
- Support the recruitment process end to end, from coordination to completion.
