About the internship
This internship is for a creative, digitally inclined person who wants practical exposure in social media and content creation. You will support a recruitment firm’s brand communication efforts by contributing to content, short-form video, Instagram growth, and campaign tracking.
The role offers hands-on experience across writing, editing, video production, storytelling, and the use of digital and AI-based tools to improve content performance and audience engagement.
What you will work on
- Working with the team to produce engaging social media content for the intended audience.
- Editing and preparing videos using tools such as CapCut.
- Helping plan and run Instagram marketing activities to strengthen the brand’s online reach.
- Using AI tools to study performance data and improve content outcomes.
- Supporting video marketing efforts that build awareness and audience interaction.
- Using digital marketing tools to monitor, measure, and review campaign results.
- Applying storytelling and creative thinking to shape content that reflects the brand’s voice.
Who can apply
Applications are open only to candidates who are available for a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 6 July 2026 and 10 August 2026, can commit for 6 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.
Other requirements
- You must have your own laptop.
- You should be comfortable working from the office from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 5 days a week.
- You should be willing to appear in Instagram Reels and YouTube videos.
Stipend and perks
The internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, an informal dress code, and a 5-day work week.
