Internship Overview

This internship offers the opportunity to support early-career candidates pursuing a career in sales through talent acquisition activities. The role involves engaging with candidates, assessing their intent, maintaining relationships, and assisting in matching candidates with suitable roles. Interns will work closely with the company founders to enhance their skills in recruitment and talent management.

Responsibilities

Engage with early-stage candidates interested in sales roles
Identify and connect with individuals building careers in sales
Conduct conversations to evaluate candidates' intentions and aspirations
Maintain ongoing communication to prepare candidates for potential opportunities
Develop and sustain a pool of strong candidates
Assist in aligning candidates with open positions
Collaborate directly with company founders to grow professionally

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a remote internship position
Internship start date should fall between July 26, 2026, and August 30, 2026
Commitment to a full three-month internship duration is required
Relevant skills and genuine interest in the role are essential
Women looking to launch or resume their career are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

Postgraduates from the 2027 batch are preferred
Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary
Strong confidence in communicating with new people
Ability to self-manage and maintain consistent work habits
A curious mindset coupled with a non-judgmental attitude

Compensation and Perks

A monthly stipend of INR 10,000
Certificate of completion at internship end
Letter of recommendation provided for outstanding performance
