Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Agency Development Manager to join our team in Nashik, Maharashtra. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our financial advisory network and enhancing the skills of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of new Financial Advisors to strengthen our agency team.
- Facilitate and ensure successful clearance of the IC33 exam by recruits.
- Coordinate the issuance of new licenses for company representatives.
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge to advisors to enhance their selling capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions for advisors to improve their performance and understanding.
- Provide continuous motivation, mentorship, and leadership to the sales team to drive business growth.
