Additionally, Nas.com is developing an AI agents platform designed to integrate advertising platforms, social media accounts, marketing assets, CRM systems, financial transactions, analytics, and more into a unified marketing intelligence system tailored for businesses. These AI agents can evaluate performance, detect opportunities, provide recommendations, generate deliverables, and perform actions autonomously.
Position Overview
We seek an AI Full Stack Engineer capable of transforming this ambitious vision into a usable product for everyday business users. This position requires ownership over the entire product lifecycle, including frontend and backend development, agent runtime, integrations, data management, and cloud infrastructure. This role goes beyond simple LLM API prototyping.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end development of AI-centric product features, from problem analysis and design to coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Architect dependable AI agent systems leveraging appropriate models, tools, context, and memory, supplemented by evaluation, tracing mechanisms, safeguard implementations, and human oversight.
- Integrate AI agents with client data sources and external platforms through APIs, message communication patterns, and other methods to enable comprehensive business functionality, not just isolated responses.
- Liaise directly with clients to comprehend their operations, extract the genuine underlying problems, and transform these into product enhancements that deliver measurable value.
- Utilize AI-driven coding assistants and contemporary development workflows to boost personal productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses over four years of professional software engineering experience with solid full-stack development skills.
- Strongly AI-native in approach, incorporating AI techniques in problem investigation, system design, software construction, testing, debugging, and learning processes.
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of production-level agent engineering, including aspects such as tool utilization, context and memory management, state handling, model selection, evaluation, tracing, safety guardrails, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Exhibits excellent product sense, emphasizing the creation of systems that yield practical business outcomes rather than just model-generated answers.
- Shows high autonomy and responsibility, with the ability to dissect ambiguous problems, establish structure, and consistently deliver reliable, maintainable production results.
- Communicates effectively and thrives in collaboration with customers, product managers, designers, and engineering colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in launching LLM or agent-driven products that have been used by actual customers.
- Familiarity with AWS, MongoDB, Deep Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, GBrain, or MCP frameworks.
- History of integrating advertising, social media, CRM, analytics, or other business-data platforms.
- Prior direct engagement with customers in agencies, consulting roles, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering environments.
