Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Architect specializing in CAD and construction documentation to join our team remotely. This role involves crafting precise floor plans, elevation drawings, and detailed CAD representations aligned with project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural floor plans and elevation sets matching project specifications.
- Create comprehensive CAD drawings supporting architectural and engineering requirements.
- Prepare accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) annotations essential for manufacturing documents.
- Draft and annotate multiple-sheet electrical schematics meeting industry quality standards.
- Design and evaluate printed circuit board (PCB) layouts ensuring manufacturability and functional integration.
- Engage in collaborative exchanges to clarify project demands and resolve technical queries efficiently.
- Deliver complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality benchmarks.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least three years of recent experience in architectural CAD drafting and construction document preparation.
- Expertise with leading 2D/3D CAD software and PCB layout design tools.
- Demonstrated skills in creating and interpreting GD&T callouts and complex schematic drawings.
- Experience in producing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple document sets effectively.
- Proficient English communication skills, with experience in remote, multidisciplinary team collaborations advantageous.
