Job Overview
ProLegion is seeking an energetic Assistant Direct Sales Manager to join their Mumbai team. The role focuses on expanding business by generating leads through personal efforts, referrals, and provided contacts. The successful candidate will sell insurance policies, meet defined sales targets, foster lasting customer relationships, and ensure efficient sales operations via field interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate leads using self-generated sources, customer references, and onsite field initiatives.
- Convert identified prospects into confirmed policyholders to meet monthly sales objectives.
- Engage with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client information.
- Utilize digital tools and applications to facilitate policy sales and support customer service.
- Strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-up communications.
- Promote insurance offerings by providing tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
- Adhere to internal policies and external regulatory standards during all sales processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have completed at least a graduation degree.
- Candidates should be 30 years old or younger.
- Preferably local residents with an established and robust social network.
- Ready to commit to extensive travel and active field sales duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in field sales, especially in insurance or BFSI sectors, is favored.
- Strong skills in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Competence in managing client relationships effectively.
- Proficient in sales negotiations and closing deals.
- Basic familiarity with various insurance products is advantageous.
