职位描述
Role objective
This position focuses on guiding customers through the wellness onboarding journey and helping them schedule their health assessment so they can obtain a Healthy Heart Score. The role also involves ensuring that the Health Assessment / Annual Health Check process runs smoothly on a consistent basis.
Key result areas
- Make sure every case is completed for Health Assessment within the defined turnaround time of T+7.
- Work toward improving customer participation in Health Assessment to 50% on an annual basis, up from the current 42%.
