About the Team
The Marketing, Brand, and Communications division at Deloitte India focuses on strengthening the brand's prominence and ensuring consistent communication inside and outside the organization. This diverse team includes experts in branding, public relations, event management, graphic design, video production, digital strategy, research, and copywriting. Particularly, the design team consists of skilled in-house visual artists, designers, audio-visual specialists, and animators experienced in delivering impactful digital and print creative solutions.
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer position demands strong proficiency and efficiency with multiple design software tools. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines consistently. The role also involves effective vendor coordination for outsourced design tasks, and requires excellent communication and documentation capabilities in both written and spoken forms.
Expected tasks encompass independently managing projects, producing visuals such as reports, brochures, campaign creatives, PowerPoint presentations, emailers, Word documents, and exporting designs in formats like PDF, PNG, and JPEG. The candidate should demonstrate creativity through ideation and conceptualization that surpasses project benchmarks, delivering top-tier graphic content.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree
- Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Reader, Dreamweaver
