Job Responsibilities

As Assistant Outlet Manager for Food & Beverage, you will assist in overseeing operations to enhance guest satisfaction, improve team performance, and drive business success. Your duties include ensuring high guest satisfaction levels by promoting prompt and courteous service aligned with brand and quality standards, fostering a safe and hygienic workplace, and guaranteeing that only top-quality products are served. You will also manage daily team relations and cultivate a strong team environment by empowering employees and encouraging problem solving through effective training.
