Assistant Professor - Full Stack Development

About the Role

We are seeking passionate Assistant Professors specializing in Full Stack Development to join our academic team at the Indore campus. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication abilities, and enthusiasm for guiding and mentoring students. Both fresh graduates with solid technical skills and seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions covering Full Stack Development and related computer science topics.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and study materials.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students on academic projects and career paths.
• Conduct lab sessions providing hands-on training with contemporary web technologies.
• Remain current on emerging trends and developments in Full Stack Development.
• Engage in curriculum design, academic events, and institutional activities.
• Contribute to research efforts, faculty development programs, and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational background: BCA plus MCA or B.Tech plus M.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Science & Engineering.
• Open to freshers; preference given to candidates with prior industry or teaching experience in Full Stack Development.

Required Skills

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and frontend frameworks such as React.js.
• Strong understanding of backend technologies including Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience using Git, GitHub, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and web application architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing platforms, basic DevOps concepts, or AI-enhanced web applications.
• Relevant industry certifications or project exposure is an advantage.
