Role Overview

We seek an Assistant Studio Manager for our Vancouver (Mount Pleasant) and Richmond locations, providing a leadership path towards becoming a Studio Manager. This position entails leading business operations, team management, and driving revenue—it's a leadership role rather than a purely supportive one.

Key Responsibilities

• Boost sales and revenue through memberships and class pack promotions, conduct consults, tours, and follow-ups, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion, retention, and attendance.
• Ensure a vibrant and premium boxing class atmosphere where sessions feel fully attended, dynamic, and engaging.
• Direct the front desk staff and trainers with clear expectations and standards; oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and accountability for performance results.
• Manage daily operations with efficiency, including labor scheduling and cost management, along with executing marketing initiatives and in-studio events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a business and sales-oriented mindset with focus on KPIs, targets, and responsibility.
• Experience in performance-driven sectors such as retail, hospitality, or fitness.
• Energetic and charismatic personality capable of energizing and leading a team and community.
• A passion for fitness and training; boxing or group fitness experience is highly advantageous.
• Ideal candidates come from hospitality leadership, premium retail environments, or boutique fitness front-of-house roles with demonstrated sales expertise.
