Responsibilities

• Assist in managing affiliate and partner marketing campaigns driven by performance metrics for a range of clients.
• Collaborate on strategic program planning and daily operations including partner recruitment, media planning, transaction management, bidding activities, and compliance adherence.
• Coordinate with affiliate networks, partners, and internal teams to guarantee timely campaign execution and delivery of materials.
• Manage tracking configurations, reporting workflows, and budget monitoring aligned with client objectives.
• Perform preliminary data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for in-depth examination.
• Act as a liaison for clients and partners by providing clear communication, prompt follow-ups, and presenting work with confidence alongside senior staff.
• Continuously enhance knowledge in affiliate marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor tactics while contributing to process improvements and team collaboration.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with involvement in affiliate, performance, or partner marketing.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with performance metrics and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills capable of handling multiple stakeholders and tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach with initiative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to develop professionally within a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, or program management software is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting based in Seattle or Union Square (NYC), including approximately two days per week on-site.

Additional Information

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000, adjusted based on candidate qualifications and experience. New Engen maintains offices in Seattle, New York, and Northwest Arkansas, while also supporting a remote workforce across multiple states including Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
