About the Role

Bronto is pioneering the next generation of observability with an AI-driven platform that dramatically enhances access to large datasets at unprecedented speeds. We are seeking an Associate to become part of our Customers & Partnerships division, helping to define and execute our market approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize various market segments such as AI-native SaaS, fintech, and emerging high-growth verticals by assessing revenue potentials, telemetry data volume, and existing solutions.
• Monitor competitors including Datadog, ClickHouse, and Splunk, modifying messaging strategies as market dynamics evolve.
• Create and update frameworks for account scoring and prioritization based on newly identified segments and market indicators.
• Support critical sales deals by providing detailed market and competitor insights.
• Deliver research-based recommendations to leadership teams to guide go-to-market strategy focus.
• Compose concise, compelling positioning and messaging documents tailored to specific segments, channels, and key accounts to engage partners and prospective clients effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Between two and four years of experience in fields such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to independently tackle unstructured commercial or market challenges by developing segmentation frameworks, market sizing methods, and prioritization models with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and thriving in a fast-paced setting requiring autonomy and iterative development.
• Expertise in business modeling, scenario analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Excellent written communication skills capable of translating complex research into engaging, persuasive documents or presentations.
