The Audit Processing Specialist (APS) occupies a pivotal role responsible for initiating and managing medical record requests within Vital Records Control (VRC). This role is remote, with direct reporting to the Audit Team Lead or Director, focusing on meeting deadlines, troubleshooting issues, and delivering superior service internally and to clients.
