Role Overview
The Back Office Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining company data, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations at our Vadodara office.
Primary Duties
- Accurately enter, update, and verify data in digital systems, ensuring records are precise and current.
- Prepare and organize various documents including invoices, reports, spreadsheets, and routine correspondence.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate purchasing or vendor interactions to prevent shortages.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing files, and handling communications within departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in alignment with company policies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with business management software.
- Excellent organizational abilities with capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks across departments effectively.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi suited to the Vadodara region.
- Educational qualification typically requires a Bachelor's degree; however, candidates with completion of 12th standard are eligible for entry-level positions.
