Role Overview

The position open is for a full-time Back Office Executive based onsite in Ahmedabad. This role involves handling daily administrative functions including the management and smooth running of office operations, assisting sales processes, overseeing financial documentation, and promoting effective communication internally. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and a solution-focused mindset to meet deadlines efficiently.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in general office and back office operations
• Effective communication skills to ensure smooth coordination within the team
• Foundational understanding of sales activities and workflows
• Basic knowledge of finance-related tasks and document handling
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting
• Ability to collaborate well in team settings
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in a related back office role is preferred
