Job Overview

PPP Coffee is seeking a dedicated Barista to join their team in Singapore. The role involves preparing and serving beverages following established procedures, ensuring top-quality coffee through proper equipment maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks in line with standard operating procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain coffee machinery to ensure consistent and excellent coffee quality.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
• Conduct service training sessions for team members to enhance performance.
• Manage inventory by overseeing ordering and storage activities, coordinating with both internal departments and external suppliers.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to handle cashier duties and take customer orders efficiently.
• Ensure regular maintenance of equipment and promptly notify management of any servicing or repair needs.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
• Outgoing, service-oriented personality with a friendly demeanor.
