Role Summary

This position requires a creative bar professional who can craft original and appealing beverages inspired by local ingredients and traditions. The bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining quality, innovation, and variety in beverage offerings. Key duties include serving guests following high standards and etiquette, setting up the bar professionally at all times, and managing drink orders efficiently. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering strictly to the Beverage Department's Standard Operating Procedures and Beverage Manual is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations
• Strong passion for delivering excellent service
• Ability to work well within a team
