Job Overview
We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the sales and collection activities at our designated branch. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with electric vehicle original equipment manufacturers (EV OEMs) and dealerships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all sales and collection operations in the branch.
- Develop and nurture effective partnerships with EV manufacturers and dealerships in the region.
- Meet or exceed established sales and collection targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and provide training to branch staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Compile and submit daily performance reports and management information system (MIS) documents.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback regularly to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
Compensation
The monthly salary range offered for this position is between 18,000 and 35,000 Indian Rupees.
