Role Summary
As a Burger King Supervisor at Applegreen Birdhill, Junction 27, you will play an essential role supporting front-line store operations. You will assist the site manager in administrative responsibilities, help drive sales, and motivate the team to achieve targets through effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations to maintain smooth functioning of the store.
- Assist the store manager with various administrative duties to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with management in driving sales and reaching sales objectives.
- Lead and inspire staff by setting measurable goals and maintaining clear communication.
- Ensure compliance with Burger King’s policies, standards, and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced store environment.
- Possession of own transportation is necessary due to the motorway location.
