About the Role
Deutsche Bahn is recruiting motivated individuals for over 500 different professions across Germany, from experienced experts to newcomers. They offer many opportunities for entry and further education. Currently, DB Regio Bus companies in the northern region, including Autokraft GmbH, DB Regio Bus Nord GmbH, Haller Busbetriebe GmbH, Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH, and Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH, are seeking a Busfahrer:in (bus driver) at Eutin.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure passengers reach their destinations safely, punctually, and comfortably.
- Manage ticket sales and verification onboard.
- Provide excellent customer care by addressing inquiries and maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee technical readiness of the buses and assist with training new colleagues.
- Occasionally support rail replacement services as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably holds a professional driver qualification and a Class D or DE driving license.
- Demonstrates strong customer focus, reliability, and loyalty.
- Enjoys interacting with people and works well within teams.
- Willing to work in shifts.
