Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in retail and e-commerce to join our team. The individual will support digital commerce and retail initiatives by analyzing processes, collecting detailed requirements, and pinpointing areas to uplift customer experience and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders involved in retail and e-commerce.
- Examine sales data, inventory management, and customer processes to uncover potential enhancements.
- Create comprehensive business process documentation, develop reports, and build dashboards to support decision making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, marketing, operations, and IT.
- Assist in system testing phases such as user acceptance testing and help with implementation of projects.
- Deliver business insights and project status updates to various stakeholders effectively.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst within retail, e-commerce, or related sectors.
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and documenting requirements.
- Good understanding of retail operations and e-commerce process flows.
- Strong skills in analysis, communication, and solving problems efficiently.
Preferred Skills and Certifications
- Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum project management approaches.
- Exposure to CRM or ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) considered advantageous.

Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000.
