Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive based in Chennai to join our team at Nittany Creative Services LLP. This entry-level position focuses on acquiring clients in the United States who require graphic design services. The ideal candidate will engage in lead generation through market research, cold calling, and email outreach, establishing meaningful client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the US market who need graphic design solutions using diverse lead generation approaches.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, displaying high proficiency in English to understand their needs and provide relevant service information.
• Create and present persuasive sales pitches customized to client requirements to demonstrate the value of our graphic design offerings.
• Build and maintain enduring client relationships by ensuring regular follow-ups and delivering excellent customer care.
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, identifying opportunities to enhance services and expand business.
• Organize and update a detailed database of leads, client contacts, and communication history to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with the graphic design team and other departments to meet client expectations and complete projects within timelines and budget.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to inform improvements in service delivery and internal processes.

Educational Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

This position requires working night shifts.
