About the Role
NP Seatable India LLP seeks an energetic Business Development Executive to drive our growth initiatives within Bengaluru, focusing on building and nurturing partnerships with Architects and Interior Designers. This role demands active engagement with new construction and renovation projects, ensuring our solutions are incorporated into their specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings regularly with Architects and Interior Designers to promote our products and foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and visit residential and commercial sites throughout Bengaluru to uncover new business avenues.
- Utilize existing relationships within the Architect (ARC) Network to accelerate market penetration and brand awareness.
- Serve as the primary liaison for design professionals, managing the entire sales process from initial contact through project completion.
- Monitor upcoming real estate ventures and competitor movements within the Bengaluru area.
- Transform site visits and recommendations from designers into active sales opportunities and revenue.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in business development or sales targeting Architects, Interior Designers, or the construction sector.
- Strong existing contacts within the Bengaluru ARC Network or design community preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated individual comfortable with extensive fieldwork and site visits.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada languages to effectively communicate with local contractors and designers.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and valid driving license to facilitate daily travel across the city.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary of INR 20,000 to 40,000, reflective of experience and network strength.
