About the Opportunity
MoneyTree Realty Services Ltd. is on the lookout for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager. This position plays a vital role in accelerating sales, fostering robust client relationships, and supporting the expansion of the company within the real estate domain. Candidates should demonstrate strong aptitude in communication, negotiation, and managing client relations, paired with a strong enthusiasm to meet and surpass sales goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business prospects through lead sourcing, networking activities, and client referrals.
- Build and nurture long-term connections with both prospective and current clients.
- Comprehend the investment needs of clients in real estate and provide tailored project recommendations.
- Carry out property demonstrations, organize site inspections, and lead client discussions effectively.
- Consistently meet the set monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Possess 1 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or specifically in real estate sales.
- Exhibit strong capabilities in communication, presentations, and negotiation.
- Demonstrate a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Have a customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
