About the Role
Fusion BPO is seeking dedicated Customer Service Executives to assist customers via chat. This full-time position involves guiding prospective customers through product details and addressing any issues they might have, ultimately facilitating order placement. Candidates will receive allocated time slots for interacting with customers, ensuring a balanced workflow without pressure or extended shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear guidance and information about products to potential customers during assigned chat slots.
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns effectively to encourage order placement.
- Operate within designated nine-hour shift windows between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Maintain professionalism and support the team's objectives in a customer-centric environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
