About the Role
Magnum Environment Management Private Limited is recruiting for the position of Chat Support Executive to join their team onsite in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This position requires candidates to have completed at least 12th grade or possess a graduation degree. Excellent written communication skills and a good typing speed are essential for this role.
Work Schedule and Shift Details
The employment is office-based, with distinct rotational shifts for male and female employees. Male employees will work night shifts on a rotating basis, while female employees will have rotating day shifts. Shift timings for men range from 2PM to 9AM in staggered slots, and for women from 6AM to 8PM in staggered slots.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary structure is differentiated for freshers and experienced employees. Freshers receive an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 plus a ₹1,000 incentive, whereas experienced professionals receive ₹14,000 in-hand plus ₹1,000 incentive. A night allowance of ₹1,000 per month is included. Salary increments are granted every six months.
Location and Additional Notes
The role is based at Chinar Incube Business Center, MSD (I) Pvt. Ltd, near HDFC Bank, Narmadapuram Rd, Chinar Fortune City, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462026. Candidates possessing their own means of transportation are preferred, and the commute distance up to 15 kilometers from the office is considered acceptable. The eligible age range for candidates is 18 to 30 years.
