Position Overview

As a Chef de Partie based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for preparing special dishes or alternate food items, managing oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures, thawing frozen foods appropriately, and maintaining the presentation, portion control, and garnishing of food items. You will also ensure food quality and quantity, keep detailed food logs, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff regarding menu availability and daily specials.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to specified recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor and regulate cooking equipment temperatures to ensure optimum results.
