Role overview
This full-time on-site position is based in Cromwell, Otago, New Zealand and involves local delivery work using a Class 1 vehicle. The role supports safe and accurate transport of gas bottles to customer locations while maintaining a professional customer experience and meeting operational checks.
Key responsibilities
- Transport gas bottles safely to customer premises.
- Carry out stock counts and compliance-related checks with accuracy.
- Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Operate a Class 1 vehicle as part of daily duties.
Skills and experience required
- A current New Zealand Class 1 driver licence with a clean driving history.
- At least 2 years of experience operating Class 1 vehicles in New Zealand.
- Strong ability to work without close supervision and organise time well.
- Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
- Dependable transport arrangements and consistent punctuality.
- Forklift licence and Dangerous Goods endorsement are beneficial, and training may be arranged.
