Job Overview
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our broking platform team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves managing client communications, facilitating account openings, and promoting investment services effectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assist in opening demat accounts.
- Manage client funds and help design investment plans.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation.
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Promote company services through persuasive communication.
- Explain product benefits clearly to potential clients.
- Regularly follow up with interested prospects to secure engagement.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Applicants pursuing a graduation degree or already graduated are welcome.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
